Terms of Service – NeonRigLabs Custom PC Builds

By placing an order with NeonRigLabs, you agree to the following terms:


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 3 hours of the initial payment.

After this period, all components are ordered specifically for your build and the order becomes non-refundable, including in cases where the customer changes their mind.


2. Build Process & Testing

All systems are:

  • Professionally assembled
  • Fully tested and documented prior to completion

NeonRigLabs will ensure the PC is fully functional before dispatch or collection.
Any faulty system will not be shipped or released until the issue is resolved.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Once the PC has been packaged and handed over to a courier (e.g. Royal Mail or other delivery service), responsibility for the item transfers to the courier.

NeonRigLabs is not liable for:

  • Loss in transit
  • Shipping delays
  • Damage caused during delivery

Customers should raise any claims directly with the courier.


4. Warranty & Parts

All components are covered by manufacturer warranties, not NeonRigLabs.

Warranties may be voided by:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid exposure
  • Overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Use of incompatible hardware or software
  • BIOS tampering
  • Neglect, poor maintenance, or overheating
  • Accidental damage during installation
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting performance

If a manufacturer warranty is voided under these conditions, NeonRigLabs holds no responsibility.


5. Liability

While the PC is in NeonRigLabs’ possession, any faults will be addressed in good faith.

Once the system has been collected or delivered, NeonRigLabs is not responsible for any subsequent issues, except where required by applicable consumer law.


6. Build Service Issues

If there is an issue directly related to the build service provided by NeonRigLabs, we will work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds or partial refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be repaired or resolved.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment or authorising a build, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service
