At NeonRigLabs, each system is built with care, precision, and tailored specifically to customer requirements. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
Custom Built PCs
All custom-built PCs are made to order based on the specifications selected by the customer. As such:
- Custom-built systems are non-refundable and non-returnable once the build process has begun.
- This includes any system where parts have been ordered or assembly has started.
We strongly encourage customers to review their selected specifications carefully before confirming their order. If you are unsure about compatibility or configuration, our team is happy to assist prior to purchase.
Faults & Technical Issues
We stand behind the quality of every system we build. In the unlikely event of a problem:
- Any manufacturing faults or hardware issues will be investigated and resolved promptly.
- Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement of components, or other suitable solutions under warranty.
- Customers must report any issues as soon as they are discovered.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- If a system arrives damaged or non-functional, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence (photos or video) may be required to process the claim.
Returns (Non-Custom Products)
For any non-custom or unopened boxed items (if applicable):
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
Warranty Support
All NeonRigLabs systems include warranty coverage as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty covers hardware faults under normal usage conditions but does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications
