At NeonRigLabs, we aim to ensure your custom PC arrives safely and in perfect working condition. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Build & Dispatch Time
All PCs are built to order.
- Typical build time: 5–10 working days
- You will be kept updated throughout the build process
- Dispatch will only take place once the system has been fully tested and confirmed working
Build times may vary depending on parts availability.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
- Delivery (UK Mainland): £40
- Free collection available from Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Delivery is arranged via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or other reputable services.
3. Packaging
All systems are:
- Securely packaged using protective materials
- Prepared to minimise risk of damage during transit
We take every precaution to ensure your PC arrives safely.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier:
- Responsibility for delivery lies with the courier
- NeonRigLabs is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit
Any issues must be reported directly to the courier service.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please report it within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and the PC
We will assist you in raising a claim with the courier where possible.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather or external factors
- High demand periods
NeonRigLabs is not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped.
7. Collection
Customers choosing collection will be notified when their PC is ready.

- ID or proof of purchase may be required
