we’ve been focused on building custom PCs around individual customer
requirements rather than selling generic systems.

NeonRigLabs is based in Sheffield, UK, and provides PC builds and
delivery to customers across the UK.
Custom-built simply means your PC is configured and built specifically
around your requirements. You can choose the performance level,
components and upgrades that suit your needs rather than being limited
to one fixed specification.
Absolutely. Tell us your budget and what you want to use the PC for,
and we’ll work around it. We’ll prioritise the components that matter
most for your specific requirements rather than simply trying to spend
your entire budget.
Not at all. You don’t need to know what CPU, GPU, motherboard or RAM
you need. Tell us what you want to do with the PC and we’ll help you
work out a suitable specification.
Yes. Components can be discussed and configured around your
requirements. If you're unsure what components you need, NeonRigLabs
can recommend a suitable configuration based on your budget, software
and performance requirements.
Yes. If you have preferred brands, components or a particular look in
mind, let us know when requesting your quote and we’ll do our best to
accommodate your requirements.
Sometimes! Depending on the build, we can create a 3D representation
of the proposed system. If that’s not possible, we can show you one
of our closest previous builds so you have an idea of what your PC
could look like.
You place your order through the website and we receive your email
address and phone number. We’ll then contact you to make sure you’re
happy with your purchase and that the specification is correct.
Once you confirm in writing that you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you our bank details so you can make payment. You’ll also receive a form to complete covering our terms and conditions.
We will never purchase any PC components without your full written consent.
You have 3 hours from the time payment is made to cancel your order. After this period, and once the required written consent has been received, your components may be ordered specifically for your build.

Never.
NeonRigLabs will never start purchasing components for your PC without your full written consent. We want you to know exactly what you are buying before your money is used to purchase the parts for your build.

NeonRigLabs doesn’t hold large amounts of PC component stock. Once
your order is confirmed, written consent has been received and
payment has cleared, your payment is used to purchase the components
specifically for your build. This allows us to build your PC to order
rather than holding generic systems in stock.
If you want to make changes after placing an order, contact us as soon
as possible. If components haven’t yet been purchased, changes may be
possible. Once parts have been ordered, changes may be subject to
availability or additional costs.
Once your order has been placed, we’ll receive your details and get
in touch to confirm that you’re happy with your purchase and
specification.
Once payment has cleared and we have received your full written consent, your components are ordered and your build process begins. Your PC is then assembled, tested and prepared for delivery.

Yes. We like to keep you involved throughout the process rather than
leaving you wondering what is happening with your PC.
Photos are sent to you at key stages of your build, including when your parts are ordered, when they arrive, while your PC is being built, when it is about to be packaged and when your completed PC leaves us for delivery.

Component availability can change. If a selected component becomes
unavailable before we purchase it, we’ll contact you and discuss a
suitable alternative before making any changes to your build.
Your PC will never leave NeonRigLabs if it isn’t working correctly.
Every system is tested before it is packaged and dispatched.
Occasionally, a component can arrive faulty or stop working during testing. If this happens, the build may take longer while the issue is resolved or a replacement component is arranged.
Delays like this are not intentional and are very rare. If something does happen, we’ll speak you through everything and keep you updated throughout the process rather than leaving you wondering what is happening.
